thank you for your kind complements! And thank you Canon A720 which I think was one of the best P$s Canon ever made. It since bit the dust. Dropped too many times teaching my kids how to photograph. : (. I picked up a 14mp Nikon for my wife now because it cost all of 105 dollars. I will have to see what kind of quality I can get out of it. catch ya later Frank.
You know what, I think I used a point and shoot for that shot. I didn't have my canon so I had to grab the canon point and shoot I bought for my wife and use it. I dropped the ISO to 80 which is just great when shooting outdoors.
Well you do amazing work, and a person that can take a good picture can do it with any camera and you obviously can! that is so cool though! Keep it up I love your stuff also if you got time check out some of my stuff I try and add stuff every month for feedback and what not
Sure, if you want critique, I can do that and I most certainly will. thanks for the kind words. If you buy a P&S for yourself, make sure it includes Manual Mode, and the low ISO setting is the bonus. I have a Canon Mark III 1Ds and takes me down to ISO 50. Wow...you can't imaging what the sky does at that ISO...it is exposed perfectly every time and that is usually an issue in bright light. Notice I shot that picture using iso 80 and 1/500th of a sec. That means very bright day and I controlled it by the shutter speed and ISO. Of course using a higher F-stop would have prevented me from using the higher shutter speed and I wanted to stop the action. I didn't want much blur. anyway...catch you on your site soon.
